How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Babo Botanicals is proud to be PETA-certified cruelty-free. While the majority of our products are vegan, a few items contain sustainably sourced beeswax. Please check the specific product pages for the vegan seal.
Do you offer international shipping?
