At Babo Botanicals, we want you to love your plant-based hair and skincare as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed for transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
